General Commercial

In his over three decades of practice, Mr. Feliu has represented clients and has issued rulings as an arbitrator on a broad range of commercial disputes including such issues as: general breach of contract disputes in the commercial setting; breaches of fiduciary duty; partnership disputes; fraud and fraud in the inducement claims; business torts; misappropriation of corporate assets; conversion claims; shareholder disputes in privately-held corporate settings; minority shareholder disputes; stock, stock option, and stock valuation disputes; consulting and independent contractor disputes; real estate lease disputes; tortious interference claims; negligence claims, and; legal malpractice complaints. Mr. Feliu was also the co-Editor-in-Chief of Negligence in Employment published by BNA Books in 2002. Ms. Myers similarly has broad experience counseling commercial clients on their contractual and restrictive covenant disputes and obligations.

Mr. Feliu and Ms. Myers approach commercial disputes as a business person would, and not from the perspective of litigators. The goal is, whenever possible, to help the client solve expeditiously the business issues at hand without the need for expensive and prolonged legal maneuvers and litigation.
